What shipping methods are available?

We ship with PostNL or DPD. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information after your order has been completed in our warehouse. 

Do you ship internationally?

IDIOT DU VILLAGE ships worldwide. Orders placed before 3pm on business days will be dispatched the same day. For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, orders will be delivered within 1-2 business day(s). For all other European countries, deliveries vary from 3-5 business days. 

 

What if an item I desire is out of stock?

You can create an alert to receive an update once this item is restocked. You can also reach out to us by e-mail. 

Can I make an appointment to pick up my order?

Please reach out to us if you want to pick up your order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 3pm on business days will be dispatched the same day.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can proceed to check out as a guest. You do not need to sign in or register first. 

How do I track my order?

After your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive your tracking information by e-mail. You can follow your parcel to your doorstep or other delivery option.

How can I return my order or part of my order?

Please let us know you’re returning your order by e-mail: bonjour@idiot-du-village.com. Packages sent without contacting us in advance will not be accepted. Items must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached. You will receive a confirmation of your return application with the details of the returning address. We will await your e-mail with tracking information. Please use a reliable carrier and include track & trace/insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package as we can not take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of postage. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Product refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the parcel. We will not send a confirmation of your return. You will only hear from us if there’s something wrong with your return. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
